Your coach will help you define what a passionate single life means to you. We want you to live the life you want and our programs will challenge you to ensure you really are living to your potential and create the life you want.
Working on oneself is the ultimate challenge. Like any difficult goal, it requires a plan. Our coaching is designed to help you find your purposeful path, create a plan, put it into action, and achieve results.

A Message from “Your Way” Coach Carol
Being single can be a challenging yet rewarding time in a person's life. Being single affords the opportunity to discover who you are, what you do and don't like, how you deal with certain things, what you want out of life, what your expectations are, what your potentials and limitations are, what energizes and empowers you, and what discourages and disappoints you. 

The goal of being alone is not to prepare individuals for couplehood. Rather, the goal of being single is to learn to fulfill oneself, to meet your needs, and to develop as a human being regardless of whether or not you enter into a relationship. By learning to love and care for yourself, you diminish the risk of starving for someone else to fill the void within the soul; a void that only we can truly fill. Expecting someone else to fill in the gaps usually results in disappointments , a sense of failure, and endless resentment.  How you live as a single is a personal choice and one does not need to be coupled to have a fulfilling life! You only need a strong Sense of Self.  It took some time for me to learn this lesson and I want to encourage you to be the passionate single you deserve to be.

With 13 years of experience I utilize my wellness coaching skills to help singles in their search for personal empowerment, dating, and relationship skills.
My educational background includes a BSW in Social Work. I work with singles from the Greater Toronto area and worldwide who want to complement their lifestyles with coaching. Singles can set goals and objectives breaking out of self-defeating habits and behaviors that no longer work or are sabotaging their achievements. I help individuals and groups of all ages understand what is holding them back and devise new ways to tap into their unique abilities. I am a member of the Ontario College of Certified Social Workers, Matchmaking Institute and International Coaching Federation.
